Rental Policy

Renters must be at least 25 years old with a minimum of 2 years of licensed driving history. All applications are subject to carrier approval and a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.

The minimum rental term is 1 week. Rentals auto-renew every 7 days unless ended with the required notice. To end an ordinary rental, give 7 days written notice before the return date. A $50 fee applies to an unscheduled return made without that notice.

Every rental includes 1,500 miles per week. Miles driven beyond that allowance are billed at $0.30 per mile. Renters who expect to drive more can opt into a high-mileage plan of 2,000 miles per week for a flat $50 weekly fee. Mileage is never unlimited.

Insurance coverage for gig-rental vehicles is pending carrier confirmation and is not currently included in the rental. Renters should confirm current insurance requirements before pickup. Once coverage is confirmed in writing by our carrier, this page will be updated with the applicable deductible and terms.

Scheduled service, ordinary wear, and mechanical repairs not caused by misuse, collision, neglect, or unauthorized repairs. Renter must comply with all maintenance appointments.

A refundable security deposit is required before pickup, based on vehicle category:

Payments are due on the weekly renewal date. A 24-hour grace period applies before a $25 late fee is charged. An account that remains unpaid for 48 hours past the due date is considered in default and may result in the rental agreement being terminated and the vehicle recovered.

There is no fee to swap a vehicle for a verified mechanical issue. A preference swap (changing vehicles for reasons other than a verified mechanical issue) is available after 4 completed weeks for a $75 fee, subject to inspection and vehicle availability.

Vehicles are approved for use in DFW and surrounding North Texas counties. Travel elsewhere in Texas requires 24 hours advance notice. Travel outside Texas requires written approval before departure.

Travel to Mexico is strictly prohibited in every case.

Personal use of the vehicle is allowed and counts toward the weekly mileage allowance. Only the approved renter listed on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
