We collect the contact, eligibility, and document information you provide when you apply, including your name, contact details, driver's license, and consent for a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
How We Use It
Your information is used to evaluate your application, verify eligibility, and administer your rental if approved. We do not sell your information.
Document Retention
Declined or incomplete application uploads are deleted after 30 days. Active-renter license and insurance documents are retained during the rental and for 180 days after return, then deleted unless tied to a claim, chargeback, investigation, or legal requirement. Signed agreements, payment records, inspections, and consent records are retained for 7 years. Access is restricted to the business owner and specifically authorized operations staff.
Security
We use access controls and restricted permissions to protect your information. No storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
