Basic Requirements
Minimum Age

Licensed Driving History

- Valid driver's license
- Minimum age 25 with at least 2 years of licensed driving history
- Valid payment method
- Consent to a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
- Required security deposit

Driving Record Review
As part of your application, we ask about your driving history and request consent for a motor vehicle record (MVR) check. The following are general guidelines, subject to carrier and legal approval on a case-by-case basis:
- No DUI/DWI within the past 7 years
- No reckless driving, hit-and-run, or license suspension within the past 5 years
- No more than 2 ordinary moving violations within the past 3 years
- No more than 1 recent at-fault accident
Insurance-approved exceptions are considered only through an admin override.
Prohibited Uses
- Driving outside Texas without written approval
- Travel to Mexico
- Use by anyone other than the approved renter
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
